Russia declares they will go to war with Switzerland if they do not receive who they call "The Silver Seer"- a person who can see the deaths of others just moments before their demise and prevent it, only recognizable by the color of their blood: silver. It is up to one young man to either rally the nation together to fight the war or surrender and end it before it begins.

 Felix Adelric is Russia's target. Though he serves as the Army General of Switzerland, he actively tries to deny and lie about his past where his father, the Grand Marshal of the Russian Federation, abused and tortured him upon learning of his ability. His only wish is to protect the officers serving under him, but once his past begins to conflict with that desire, he debates if keeping secrets is doing more harm than good.

Reko Erkki is a mechanical soldier from Finland who was saved by Felix after Russia invaded Finland, slaughtering nearly all of the mechanical beings. He vows to do everything and anything for his captain, yet finds his life is soon threatened by a mysterious outsider.

Reyes Theodor has been traveling Europe ever since his parents were killed by who he swears is a mechanical soldier. Yet when he meets Reko and nearly kills him, he learns that he is not who the teenager is looking for. So, using the upcoming war as a distraction, Reyes sets out to find the person who murdered his parents and avenge them, once and for all.

Coming together, Felix, Reko, and Reyes must battle both external and internal forces that threaten to tear the Swiss military apart, while also searching for the truth behind their many questions. Yet as the war looms on the horizon, surrendering may be the only thing they can do...if they're willing to go that far.
